I love new products, I love testing them, and I love a bargain. Buying things I already enjoy when they're on sale just feels smart.

The problem is I'd end up stocking up to save money, then do it all over again next sale, despite still having unopened products from the last time. Looking at you, The Ordinary 👀. Expired products, guilt, wasted money. The opposite of smart.

Or I'd visit Korea, where everything comes with a million gifts with purchase, so buying more feels like saving more. I'd come home with way more than I could ever use.

Or I'd see a new product on TikTok and not realise I already own something with basically the same actives sitting unfinished in my stash.

None of it was stupidity. I just couldn't see the full picture of what I owned. Pandr is what I built to fix that.

I'd tried project pan before but always got stuck on the cataloguing. Adding hundreds of products manually is tedious and it still didn't solve the overstacking problem. So I built Pandr with computer vision AI: upload photos of your products and the app identifies them and finds all the ingredients automatically. Less time managing your collection, more time actually using it.
